We are in search of a dynamic Lead Coordinator who excels in both administrative tasks and sales activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate sales, including experience with email and phone communication. Familiarity with contact management, IDX and MLS software, along with general business software, is highly preferred.
The role demands a proactive approach to managing leads, devising and implementing strategies to enhance conversion rates. The Lead Coordinator will monitor their performance closely, suggesting and applying improvements to both follow-up practices and the tools in use.
Time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, including project work alongside managing new leads and responding to prospective clients, are critical. Focus and discipline are key to succeeding in this role.
As the primary point of engagement for our team, the Lead Coordinator will handle confidential information relating to associates, clients, and financial matters, necessitating a high degree of trustworthiness.
The responsibilities include transforming a large volume of leads into appointments through tailored follow-ups. This requires the Lead Coordinator to be exceptionally organized, service-oriented, and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $2,000.00 per month
