As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a familiar face and voice of our agency, a reliable point of contact for our clients. Your role is essential to delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the agency's daily operations. You'll assist with everything from policy inquiries to claim support, billing questions, and cross-selling opportunities.

Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (insurance background preferred but not required)

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Self-motivated with a professional attitude and growth mindset

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems

• An insurance license (Property & Casualty) is a plus, or must be willing to obtain one

• Serve as a key liaison between our agency and valued clients.

• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding policies, coverage, claims, and billing.

• Deliver exceptional service and build trusted relationships with policyholders.

• Support the agency team in daily operations, documentation, and client follow-up.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products based on client needs.

• Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
