Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team. The Life Insurance Producer will be responsible for selling life insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of various life insurance products and the ability to match these products to the needs of our clients.

Salary Range: $24,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

Proven experience as a life insurance producer or similar sales role in the insurance industry.

In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Valid insurance producer licenses in the state of California.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:


Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through various methods, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand the financial goals and requirements of clients.

Present and explain life insurance products to clients, highlighting benefits and coverage options.

Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork in compliance with regulatory standards.


Client Relationship Management:


Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and to foster long-term loyalty.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Review clients' insurance coverage periodically to suggest adjustments or additional coverage as needed.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions using the company's CRM system.


Professional Development:


Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.

Attend training sessions, workshops, and industry conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
