Bowers Agency in Michigan, is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Remote Insurance Sales Representative. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent work environment, is comfortable using technology, and excels at building relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate already holds an active Property & Casualty insurance license and is ready to hit the ground running. You will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities, making this the perfect opportunity to transfer your existing skills to our agency and continue growing your career.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License in Michigan (required)

Must be highly self-motivated.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Proven sales experience (insurance sales preferred)

Strong communication and closing skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Comfortable working on the phone for extended periods

Tech-savvy and proficient with computers, CRM systems, and quoting tools

Strong organizational and time management skills

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Generating insurance quotes.
