We are seeking a full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing and tight-knit team. In this in-office role, you will play a key part in supporting our clients and ensuring a smooth, personalized experience with every interaction.

Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable learning insurance products and client management tools
  • No license needed to start!
Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person
  • Schedule appointments and assist with client follow-ups
  • Update policy information, answer billing questions, and submit claims
  • Process policy changes accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organized client records and office presentation
  • Support a positive and productive office atmosphere
