We are hiring a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide friendly, responsive support to customers, assist with insurance sales, and help with additional services such as vehicle registration. No prior experience is required; we’ll provide complete training.

  • Hourly rate: $18-$25, based on experience, with opportunities for commission on top

Salary Range: $37,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Support insurance sales efforts by gathering information and assisting with quotes
  • Perform vehicle registration services and related transactions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
  • Manage client files, records, and data entry tasks
  • Support office operations with general administrative duties
