Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales

Active Property & Casualty License

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Producer & Personal Lines Consultant, you'll:

Build and grow your book of business through ethical, service-first selling

Educate clients and prospects about coverage options in a clear, empowering way

Follow up with warmth, persistence, and professionalism, never pressure

Use our state-of-the-art tech tools to manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups

Develop long-term client relationships rooted in trust and value

Meet and exceed sales goals through service and strategy, not strong-arm tactics

Network with lenders, Realtors, and industry professionals to drive their growth
