Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent communication abilities in both languages.
  • Experience: Must have 1-2 years' experience in insurance sales or customer service.
  • Licensing: Must have active property & casualty insurance licenses in the state of Connecticut.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to interact and build relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Proficiency: Ability to identify client needs and provide the right insurance solutions with a consultative approach.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting to achieve common goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and find viable insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with Spanish and English-speaking clients to understand their insurance needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by offering suitable insurance products tailored to the client’s unique requirements. Must sell a minimum of 20 policies a month.
  • Policy Recommendation: Provide personalized recommendations to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about their insurance options and benefits.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Cultural Awareness: Utilize cultural knowledge to connect with clients on a deeper level and understand their perspectives and needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
