Requirements
  • License: Having an active Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.
  • Bilingual: must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Experience: must have 1-2 years of insurance experience
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Location: Must be able to work on-site at our Norwalk, Connecticut office.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person visits to offer assistance and answer inquiries promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Policy Review: Conduct regular reviews of clients' policies to ensure they are up-to-date and suggest improvements or additions as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for company reference.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience and team cohesion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
