Salary Range: $55,277.00 - $89,683.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one soon after hiring.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and other communication tools is required.

Work Ethic: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be self-motivated and committed to customer satisfaction.

Adaptability: Comfortable with hybrid work settings, able to seamlessly transition between remote and in-office environments.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Foster positive relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and delivering customized solutions.

Sales Strategy: Actively participate in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve agency goals.

Insurance Plan Customization: Tailor insurance policies to meet the specific needs and situations of our clients.

Policy Review: Regularly review existing policies to ensure they meet current client needs and make adjustments as necessary.

Customer Support: Handle client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure all sales and service activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.

Relationship Building: Maintain a solid understanding of industry best practices and build long-term connections with clients.
