Access to thousands of current and past Farmers customers to help you build meaningful relationships and learn sales best practices

Comprehensive training in sales, marketing, operations, and client service

Real-world experience inside a successful insurance business environment

Ongoing support from the District Office, including coaching and licensing guidance

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Willing to obtain state insurance licenses (support provided)

Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus but not required

Engage with current and prospective clients to identify their insurance needs

Learn how to present and explain insurance products including auto, home, life, and financial services

Follow up on leads provided through district and agent resources

Build client relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and service

Shadow experienced professionals to learn industry best practices in sales and operations

Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and mentorship meetings

Assist with marketing efforts including local events, social media outreach, and referral generation

Learn how to navigate industry software and customer management tools

Support office operations with policy reviews, quotes, and administrative tasks as needed
