Your Success Is Our Priority
We are committed to helping you reach your first 100 enrollments quickly — earning approximately $30,000 in commissions and $2,800 in monthly renewal income. First-year agents typically earn between $45,000 and $65,000, with many agents earning over $110,000 by their second year. Requirements
- Experience in retail sales or insurance sales.
- Good memorization for available plans and benefits. (usually 20 to 40 primary plans)
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to assess clients' needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Previous experience in sales, especially home sales and some phone sales.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of insurance products.
- Engage with clients to help them understand their insurance needs.
- Evaluate clients' existing insurance policies and recommend plan changes as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct sales visits to meet potential clients (local traveling is part of the job)
