Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Professional phone etiquette
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing (1-2 years)
• Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred
• Insurance experience is not required but must be willing to learn
• Must work well in team environment
• Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
• Bilingual in Spanish and Vietnamese is preferred
• Must pass the evaluation period of 1-month training

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients and warm transfer to Sr. Sales agent for quoting process.
• Assist in completing quotes for Sr. Sales Agent to review with prospective clients.
•  Assist the Sr. Sales Agents with New Business servicing as needed.
• Make outbound calls to assist new clients with e-signing needed documents.
• Answer inbound calls on an overflow basis.
• Schedule prospective client insurance reviews as needed.
• Perform general office duties and errands.
