Perform daily data entry of financial and freight-related transactions into accounting and CRM systems

Assist with customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy of rates, accessorials, and shipment details

Support billing processes, including verifying load confirmations, rate sheets, and carrier invoices

Review and reconcile discrepancies between carrier payables and customer receivables

Maintain organized records of invoices, proofs of delivery (PODs), and supporting documentation

Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups, including tracking outstanding invoices

Help process accounts payable, including matching invoices to freight loads

Collaborate with operations and sales teams to resolve billing issues

Support month-end close activities, including basic reconciliations and reporting

Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting procedures

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
