Senior Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager (Licensed & Bilingual Required)


Job Overview

We are a growing independent insurance agency in Las Vegas with a strong focus on commercial insurance. We are seeking a highly experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager to support our producers and manage an expanding book of business.

This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate must be confident handling commercial accounts independently, including servicing, endorsements, billing inquiries, and remarketing policies when needed.

You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring policies are serviced accurately and efficiently, and supporting the agency’s continued growth.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
  • Minimum 3+ years of commercial insurance experience (Required)
  • Strong understanding of commercial coverages (GL, BOP, WC, Commercial Auto, Umbrella)
  • Experience handling endorsements, billing inquiries, and remarketing accounts
  • Ability to manage accounts independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Must be comfortable working in an in-office team environment


This position requires hands-on experience servicing commercial accounts. Candidates without direct commercial lines experience will not be considered. To be considered, applicants must currently hold an active P&C license and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Independently handle commercial policy servicing (endorsements, changes, audits, etc.)
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate directly with carriers regarding underwriting, servicing, and billing
  • Manage billing-related inquiries and assist clients with payment issues
  • Prepare and manage renewals, including remarketing accounts when needed
  • Review coverages and assist clients with policy questions and changes
  • Support producers by ensuring smooth processing of new and existing business
  • Maintain accurate documentation in agency management system
  • Manage multiple accounts and tasks with minimal supervision
