The Role
We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish & English) licensed insurance sales professional with experience in commercial and personal lines. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong sales skills, and understands the importance of building long-term client relationships.
Expected earnings (adding commission and bonuses): $65K +
Salary Range: $40,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Nevada P&C license required.
- 2+ years of insurance sales experience (commercial preferred).
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish & English.
- Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
- Experience with independent agency systems (AMS/CRM) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business for personal and commercial insurance.
- Cross-sell existing clients across multiple product lines.
- Deliver excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain knowledge of carrier products and underwriting guidelines.
- Work closely with our commercial producer and support team.
