This position offers a base salary plus commission, with our top performers earning up to $88,000 annually through a combination of sales and service.  Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Personal Lines or P&C License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping people and building long-term relationships

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist new and existing clients with their auto, home, renters, and other personal lines insurance needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service during policy reviews, renewals, and claims support
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing efforts
• Educate clients on coverage options and tailor policies to meet their specific needs
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our CRM system
