Requirements

What We’re Looking For:


  • Licensed P&C professionals (MI State License REQUIRED)
  • Proven experience in commissioned sales with a strong work history & performance track record
  • Outgoing personality – you "never meet a stranger"!
  • Results-driven & coachable – open to daily mentoring & feedback
  • Passionate about helping people protect what matters most
  • Strong prospecting & networking skills – ability to generate and close leads
Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls & network to generate new business
  • Develop referral partnerships with local professionals
  • Assess client needs & recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Educate potential clients on the importance of proper coverage
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships
