As a Protege, you’ll receive direct mentorship and real-world experience in:

• Proven sales strategies and best practices used to build elite agencies
• Delivering exceptional customer service while managing an existing book of business
• Developing strong leadership and managerial skills to lead a high-performing team
• Creating and executing an effective, sustainable business plan

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
