Job Overview

The Montez Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Marketer/Quoter to join our growing team. This position can be either part-time or full-time, depending on availability and fit.

In this role, you’ll be an important part of the agency’s sales and marketing efforts, supporting the team by reaching out to prospects, gathering key information, and preparing insurance quotes that help drive new business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, staying organized, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • General Lines Property & Casualty License preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude toward meeting daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm when speaking with potential clients.
  • Attention to detail with accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Team-oriented problem solver with a solid understanding of insurance products and processes.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email communication).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center work is a plus, but not required we provide training!

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists or CRM systems.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
  • Conduct risk analysis and underwriting support to ensure accurate coverage.
  • Resolve routine customer questions and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Set appointments for licensed team members to review coverage options or complete quotes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine call scripts, share feedback, and support agency goals.
  • Follow company and agency guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.
