As a customer service representative, you will be answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to meet their unique needs. Our team works closely to exceed current and potential customer expectations using a variety of processes.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license or have worked in an insurance agency previously
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Intuitive, resourceful, coachable and willing to learn
  • Independent self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Able to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and returning messages
  • Manage daily customer account updates
  • Process customer policy change requests
  • Generate insurance quotes
  • Manage agency renewal review process
  • Understand and follow all underwriting and compliance requirements
