We are actively looking for participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program at our office located at 11363 Colorado Blvd, Thornton CO 80233. This program provides in-depth training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency after successful completion of the program.

Salary and Work Hours

• The total yearly compensation is between $60,000.00 - $90,000.00. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Create insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales

• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases
