Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Base Pay + Commission Sales Professionals Wanted!
Full-Time | Multiple Openings Across Minnesota | Licensing Support Provided
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Have a background in sales (insurance, retail, car, tech, B2B, inside/outside if you've sold, we want to talk!)
- Thrive in a goal-driven environment and love a good challenge
- Have excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Are highly self-motivated, organized, and ready to build a lasting career
- Can become licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (we help with this)
- Are based in Minnesota or open to relocating
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
- Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions in auto, home, life, and commercial lines
- Develop new business and follow up on leads provided to you (yes, we help fill your pipeline!)
- Deliver a fantastic customer experience that turns first-time buyers into lifelong clients
- Stay informed on product knowledge and licensing requirements (well help you get licensed if needed)
