Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

440 license required

220 license preferred

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales and management roles, demonstrating a track record of success and achievement.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and guide a team towards shared goals and objectives. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze data, and make sound business decisions.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and team members effectively. Customer

Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting client relationships.

Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all business dealings. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer personalized solutions.

Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and create reports for management review.
