Tag Agency - Title and Drivers License CSR


Job Overview

As a TAG CSR, your primary goal is to deliver an exceptional client experience by efficiently and accurately processing tag and title transactions, driver license services, and basic insurance-related customer service tasks. You serve as the first line of support and knowledge for clients, ensuring they feel empowered and supported throughout every interaction.

Salary Range: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Tag & Title Transactions

Process renewals, transfers, and lien transactions with accuracy.

Assist with Motor Vehicle (MV) daily work, requiring dual-audit by two staff members.

Support semi-monthly reporting and maintain inventory control.

Driver License (DL) Services

Handle driver license renewals, first-time issuances, and out-of-state transfers.

Conduct CDL renewals, written testing facilitation, and driving test scheduling.

Assist with DL daily reporting tasks.

Administrative & Office Support

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, focusing on cleanliness of common areas, countertops, and floors.

Regularly check and respond to emails and messages.

Cross-Training & Development Goals

Learn and assist with MV & DL reporting.

Develop basic understanding of Auto, Home, and Farm Insurance.

Develop inventory management competency.

Expertise & Systems Proficiency

Complete advanced motor vehicle training.

Become proficient in billing processes.

Develop understanding of auto, home, and farm insurance policies.

Gain fluency in agency systems such as:

Agency Zoom, MS Outlook, and related platforms.
