Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in finance or business is preferred.

Licensing: Must be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses within a specified timeframe after hire.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.

Customer-Focused: A strong desire to understand and meet clients' needs.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs and provide suitable solutions.

Local Presence: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Zumbrota, Minnesota area.

Responsibilities
