Inside Sales Representative
Job Overview
We are looking for a positive, persuasive, and performance driven individual to join our team! We are in search of a customer service rep that will answer inbound calls from the current customer base, assist customers with requested transaction(s), and take time to complete a brief review of insurance portfolio and uncover additional needs the customer has that our agency can solve through our extensive product offering.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
- P&C licensed
- Farmers Insurance experience
- Positive attitude
- Work in office 5 days a week
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls
- Assist customers with requested transaction
- Complete brief policy review with customer
- Grow customer portfolio through needs based selling additional lines of insurance
- Onboard new customers with a welcome call
