Job Overview
As a Licensed Producer, you will play a vital role in driving new business growth and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will generate new business through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up, while managing the full sales cycle — from qualifying, quoting, and binding policies to providing personalized coverage recommendations based on client needs and risk assessments. Your ability to deliver exceptional service and maintain compliance will be key to your success in this role
Salary Range: $2,600.00 - $9,400.00 per month

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and desire to achieve goals.
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and agency management software.
- Ability to overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass any applicable background checks and licensing requirements.
- Desire to build a long-term career in the insurance and financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct insurance policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect clients.
- Quote, present, and sell personal and commercial insurance products.
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, exclusions, and available discounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying additional insurance needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records within the agency management system.
- Follow up on quotes, renewals, policy changes, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, retention, and activity goals.
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims guidance when needed.
- Participate in agency training, sales meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure all sales and service activities comply with company, carrier, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
