We are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to join our growing insurance team. This role is ideal for both licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) producers and ambitious individuals looking to start a career in insurance. Whether you're experienced or brand new to the industry, we provide options with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.

Salary Range: $2,600.00 - $8,000.00 per month

• Preferred: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• OR: Willingness to obtain a P&C license (training and support provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Generate and follow up on new business leads
• Consult with clients to identify insurance needs and recommend solutions
• Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
