As an Agent Trainee, you will begin at a foundational level while receiving structured training and support to obtain your insurance license. Under the guidance of an experienced Farmers agent, you will learn the skills needed to build, manage, and grow a successful insurance business.

This program is built for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit. High-performing candidates have the opportunity to open and operate their own Farmers Insurance agency—often in less than one year. Financial support options, including assistance with startup costs and signage, are available to help you transition into agency ownership.

Salary Range: $2,900.00 per month
