• Make and receive calls in connection to prospective clients using provided leads.
• Clearly and concisely present our products/services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
