Salary Range: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Nevada Property and Casualty License. Licensing Assistance available (Will help the right person get licensed)
• 1+ years experience in an office environment (customer service representative, administrative assistant, receptionist)
• Proficient typing and data entry skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
• Professional phone and office etiquette
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite and computer software knowledge
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude.

• Become a part of the team working together to assist current clients and promote team collaboration.
• Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
• Greet customers with an upbeat, positive attitude whether on the phone or coming into the office. 
• Collaborates with the sales team to streamline the insurance process for the customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solve or refer problems, and obtain signatures on pertinent paperwork. 
• Make outbound calls, schedule appointments, and issue insurance documentation
• Process policy change requests, take premium payments, and update client information.
