MAIA is seeking a detail-oriented team player to serve as a Marketing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for writing and developing marketing material for the association’s products and services. 

Salary Range: $37,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Must be proficient with Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign and Acrobat)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, QR codes, Smartsheet, GoToWebinar and website editing a plus

• Help develop and implement marketing plans for MAIA products and services. These plans encompass marketing of conferences, education programs, insurance products, membership and others.
• Compile and design association publications.
• Create marketing materials for education, events, and association products and services.
• Design and send marketing emails for association products and services.
• Help maintain the MAIA website and ensure that it promotes current and accurate information.
