Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a sales or management role, with experience in the insurance industry as a plus.

Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and implement necessary adjustments to meet targets.

Training and Development: Mentor and train team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and district progress to senior management.
