Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
Licensing: Active insurance license in Minnesota or willingness to obtain one within the first six months.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.

Travel: Willingness to travel within the local area as needed for client and team meetings.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of insurance sales agents, driving their development and performance.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agency growth and profitability goals.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for agency expansion.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on agency performance to senior management.
