Minimum of 3 years of commercial P&C insurance account management experience

• Active P&C license — required

• A client-first mindset and genuine relationship-building skills

• Self-directed and organized — you manage your desk without being micromanaged

• Calm, professional, and low-drama — you're a stabilizing presence on a team

• Familiarity with or personal connection to faith-based or nonprofit communities is a plus, but not required

• Manage and service a book of commercial accounts — primarily churches, ministries, and nonprofits

• Handle renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews, and client communications

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners

• Collaborate with producers and support staff to deliver excellent service

• Identify gaps in coverage and proactively communicate solutions to clients
