Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Accurately identify and solve client issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions to ensure accurate and timely service.
  • Feedback Handling: Gather and report client feedback to help improve overall customer experience.
