Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License is required for employment

Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering appropriate solutions.
  • Policy Assistance: Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and any applicable terms and conditions.
  • Claims Handling: Guide clients through the claims filing process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation submission.
  • Premium Management: Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist clients in managing their insurance premiums.
  • Policy Updates: Assist clients in making changes to their policies, such as beneficiaries, coverage adjustments, or address updates.
