Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active insurance license in Minnesota is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in an operational role within the insurance sector is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is essential.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to better understand their insurance needs and offer tailored services.

Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee daily agency operations to ensure smooth processes and efficient services.

Team Leadership: Guide and support the sales team, promoting teamwork and collaboration to achieve sales goals.

Policy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop customized insurance policies that effectively address their needs.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
