Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent industry experience will be considered.
Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in insurance sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
Licensing: Must possess a valid state insurance producer license for Minnesota.
Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and developing a sales team.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.
Strategic Thinking: Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.
Results-Oriented: Ability to work towards targets and achieve sales goals.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, with the ability to liaise effectively both remotely and on-location.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to enhance the sales team's skills.
