Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Minnesota Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales, particularly in a leadership or management position.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team towards achieving their goals.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.

Customer Focused: Commitment to client service excellence and comfortable in developing client relationships.

Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Remote Work Capability: Competent in managing workflows in a hybrid remote environment, ensuring productivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Mentoring Team: Provide guidance and mentoring to sales agents to enhance their performance and career growth.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and goals to drive revenue and achieve company objectives in the Saint Peter region.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and report on sales performance, offering actionable insights for improvement.

Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain talented sales professionals for the agency.

Community Outreach: Represent the agency in local events and initiatives, strengthening community ties and identifying new business opportunities.

Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment of continual learning and improvement, encouraging team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
