Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess a current Property & Casualty License or have the ability to obtain one within six months of hire.

Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales with at least 3-5 years of experience required. Experience in a leadership or managerial position is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Leadership: Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance and achieve sales targets.

Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.

Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.

Proficiency with Technology: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setting, collaborating with colleagues both online and in person.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a dynamic sales team, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Strategy Development: Formulate strategic plans to drive market penetration and growth in the insurance sector.

Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate sales performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies when necessary.

Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Continuous Improvement: Inspire a culture of continuous learning and adaptation within the team to keep up with market trends and client needs.
