Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is essential; pursuing higher education or a degree in Business or insurance-related fields is an advantage.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital for client interactions and relationship management.

Licensing: Willingness to work towards obtaining relevant insurance licenses is required; mentorship and support will be provided.

Experience: No prior experience is necessary, but a basic understanding of insurance products is preferred.

Adaptability: Ability to balance in-person and remote work demands, maintaining productivity and focus across both settings.

Customer Service: A strong desire to assist clients and provide outstanding customer service is required.

Learning Agility: Enthusiasm for learning new concepts and the ability to apply them effectively in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients to comprehend their insurance requirements and offer personalized solutions.

Sales Training: Participate in guided sales sessions, learning techniques for effective policy sales and client interactions.

Policy Recommendations: Assess client needs to provide insightful recommendations on policy options and adjustments.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional coverage options and enhance client portfolios.

Learning and Development: Commit to ongoing education and training to remain knowledgeable about industry developments and best practices.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with mentors and team members in both remote and in-office settings to share insights and improve sales strategies.
