Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an Active Wisconsin Insurance License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or business development is highly desirable.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Proactivity: Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and remote communication tools.

Remote Work: Ability to manage remote work efficiently while maintaining productivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to expand the company's client base.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are being met and exceeded.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies designed to grow business opportunities and close deals.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales that benefit both the client and the company.

Market Research: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
