Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain a Wisconsin Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in a leadership position within insurance sales is highly desired.

Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal.

Leadership: Proven track record of leading a team to achieve goals and drive performance.

Customer Focus: Deep commitment to providing unparalleled customer service.

Adaptability: Ability to seamlessly blend in-office and remote work environments, ensuring productivity and culture remain strong.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Guide and support a team of insurance agents, providing coaching and development to enhance their performance.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and company goals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the progress of the team, offering feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.

Recruitment and Training: Assist in the hiring process and facilitate comprehensive training for new team members.

Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
