Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Proven sales experience, preferable within the insurance industry.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrable leadership experience, able to lead a team of sales agents.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Licensing: Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Motivation: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of insurance agents to achieve sales goals.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and job satisfaction.

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, expanding our client base in Berlin, Wisconsin, and beyond.

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity in achieving sales targets.

Strategic Planning: Work in collaboration with senior management to develop strategies for sales growth and market penetration.
