Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active state insurance license required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in insurance sales or a related field.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve the team's product knowledge and sales skills.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activity and team performance for leadership review.
