Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: An active Agent/Broker insurance license in the state of Wisconsin.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an insurance sales role, with at least 2 years in a management position.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.

Customer Orientation: Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency revenue targets.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and report on the team’s performance and progress towards goals.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive within the industry.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development for team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

Compliance: Ensure all operations and activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
