Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must be committed to pursuing a state insurance license within six months of hire.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

Motivation: Enthusiastically driven to meet targets and succeed in a sales environment.

Customer Focused: Passionate about helping clients with a track record of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact to understand their insurance needs.

Needs Assessment: Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to tailor insurance solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the full range of insurance products offered by the company to provide clients with comprehensive advice.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share insights and strategies for successful sales outcomes.

Community Involvement: Actively participate in local events and community initiatives to represent the company positively and build a local network.
