Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Current and valid insurance license in the state of Wisconsin.

Experience: Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly within the insurance sector, is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated capability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.

Adaptability: Ability to navigate the hybrid remote model efficiently, including managing remote teams.

Technology Proficiency: Familiar with CRM systems and remote communication tools.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, setting goals and tracking performance.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and penetrate new markets.

Client Engagement: Foster relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
